IT TASTES DIFFERENT FROM THE USUAL RAMEN
I made IMMI ramen chicken/black sesame for dinner yesterday and will contribute the following comments. Read the directions on the package. Have green scallions, hard boiled egg, shrimp, mushrooms, or another garnish or two ready to add to it. Eaten plain, the taste is good, but definitely is different from grocery store ramen. It is very bland and really takes on the flavors of whatever you add to it in the way of garnishes. It is not salty. It tastes like “whole food” or “food with substance”. I ate half of mine al dente, the rest cooked until it softened. I will buy it again because of the nutritional benefits, but I will be better prepared next time I cook it. Read the suggested condiments. This product has potential and, hopefully, will be available at a lower price so that more people can take advantage of the nutrition it affords those who eat it. It would be difficult for elderly people to afford and even for the college students who are notorious for eating ramen as a penny pinching measure. Try it. Visit the Immi Website and you will get a personal video email from one of the founders. Immi has a place in healthy eating.

Let me break it down
Okay. The FB ads got me on this one. I kept seeing this stuff over and over. I read a lot of reviews. The cost stopped me more than once and then I finally gave in. I got the variety pack. 2 Spicy Beef, 2 Tom Yum Shrimp, and 2 Black Garlic Chicken. The noodles themselves are as close to actual Ramen as possible without being ramen. They don’t have much of a flavor themselves and do take a little longer than no

Definitely worth trying!
So I teeter tottered on giving this a 4 or 5 star rating. I found this ramen to be enjoyable. Is this exactly like regular ramen? No. Is it close enough to satisfy the ramen craving? Absolutely! The noodles were soft enough for me a 5 min of boiling. The texture is not identical to traditional ramen and it’s unrealistic to think it would be. That said, it’s far better than any other ramen noodle substitute I’ve tried. The flavor of the broth is really good, doesn’t just taste like bullion powder overloaded with salt. When I prepared for the first time, I didn’t add any mix-ins like an egg, meat, or veggies because I wanted to taste the ramen as-is. I can’t wait to dress it up a bit the next time I make it! I would absolutely purchase again but not as often as I would actually like. The price point is just a bit too high. I wish this company would go on the shark tank tv show and get some investors to help bring the price down haha!

Delicious and Healthy: Immi Variety Pack Ramen Delivers on Taste and Nutrition!
I recently purchased the Immi Variety Pack Ramen, and I am thoroughly impressed. This pack includes three flavors: Black Garlic “Chicken,” Tom Yum “Shrimp,” and Spicy “Beef.” Each flavor is 100% plant-based, making it an excellent choice for those looking to enjoy ramen without compromising on their dietary preferences.**Taste and Texture**The taste is remarkable! The Black Garlic “Chicken” has a rich, savory profile with deep garlic notes, while the Tom Yum “Shrimp” delivers a delightful tanginess that reminds me of authentic Thai cuisine. The Spicy “Beef” offers just the right amount of heat with a robust flavor. The noodles have a firm, satisfying bite, unlike traditional instant ramen, making the eating experience more enjoyable.**Nutritional Benefits**Immi Ramen shines in the nutrition department. Each serving is high in protein and low in carbs, making it perfect for those on a low-carb or keto diet. It’s packed with fiber, keeping you full longer, and the ingredients list is free from artificial additives. As someone conscious about health, it’s a relief to indulge guilt-free.**Convenience**Preparation is a breeze—just boil for a few minutes, and it’s ready. It’s perfect for a quick lunch or a light dinner. I also love adding veggies or tofu for extra nutrition and variety.**Packaging and Sustainability**The packaging is vibrant and eye-catching, but more importantly, it’s designed with sustainability in mind. The company seems committed to reducing its environmental impact, which is a big plus for eco-conscious consumers.**Final Thoughts**Overall, I highly recommend the Immi Variety Pack Ramen to anyone looking for a healthier instant ramen option that doesn’t skimp on taste. Whether you’re vegan, on a keto diet, or just looking to try something new, this ramen is a fantastic choice!

TASTY AND EASY TO PREPARE
I didn’t expect to like them… I just tried the spicy beef (I had some leftover hamburger/yellow squash mix that I had yesterday on rice for lunch) and added it.. not your typical ramen meal..but good.. the spicy beef soup mix was excellent.. I only have ramen in restaurants.. so this is different… the noodles are a little more fragile than restaurant noodles but the total taste was excellent.. I will update if I have a crash … I purchased for the protein… it was tasty and easy to prepare

Good texture. Nice flavor. More meal than snack.
Where to start? Texture. Most important, as rubbery noodles are gross. I cooked mine on the stove for nine minutes as directed for softer noodles. The noodle still had some chew – al dente, if you will – but was not rubbery. It was close to a ‘real’ noodle texture. The spice packs have a nice flavor. Spicy Beef was my favorite. I expected to like the black garlic chicken more than I did. Tom Yum shrimp flavor was okay too. I like Tom Yum, but I’m not a seafood fan. I found it edible, not something I’d get excited about. Make of that what you will. You know how you get the cheap packets of ramen at the store, microwave them, drain most of the water off, and then add the spice pack to damp noodles and it’s so yum? This product doesn’t really work like that. I regretted not leaving more water on my noodles first time through. I like the flavor better when there’s more of a broth created. This at its most basic is meant to be a soup. They’re going for actual ramen with this product. The elephant in the room. Nutrition vs price. At twenty-three carbs, this isn’t much different than a pack of ramen picked up at the grocery for well under a buck. Immi brings twenty-two grams of protein to the party, significantly higher than the store brands, so there’s that. These packs are not gluten free. I wasn’t looking for that, just saying. The flavor packets are high in sodium, but there’s no MSG listed. These don’t come in a plastic cup so BPA’s aren’t an issue. From a nutritional standpoint, I think this product wins over the cheaper packs. Is the extra money worth it? Depends on what you’re looking for. If you eat ramen once a week or more, then IMO the money is worth it due to nutrition and health concerns.I’m unsure if this is vegetarian or vegan. Packaging includes natural flavors on the ingredient list, whatever that may mean. This product makes a nice authentic-style ramen bowl, which I think was the idea. At eight bucks a packet, this isn’t exactly cheap meal territory, especially when you start adding things, but it is satisfying and stays with you. If you have concerns regarding carb/protein balancing, this pretty much addresses them in the packet. If you’re just looking for an easy carb rush that cooks up quick, then grab a couple cheap packets at the grocery store and enjoy them as the guilty pleasure they are.

If you cook full meals of ramen and price isn’t an issue, IMMI is a great option.
If you are someone who likes to cook up a full meal of ramen with an instant noodle brick and sauce pack at the heart of it and want something healthier and more authentic tasting I think IMMI is a good pick. The price is the only thing that causes me hesitation, but if money wasn’t a hurdle I’d fully stock my cupboards with IMMI. I can only hope that they get this down to such a science that stocking my cupboard won’t consume my entire grocery budget, otherwise I really like IMMI.Personally I modify a lot when I cook up noodles, I’ll saute some mushrooms with a blend of basic and some unique sliced caps and further season / thicken the sauce. IMMI’s sauce packets don’t pack as much flavor as an average instant ramen but I know it’s because they are working to reduce sodium and this make’s IMMI a more solid chef’s option, I can add sodium if I feel like it, and sometimes I do with soy sauce or replace it with seasoning for a healthier serving. If you just like cooking up the ramen by itself without any modification the soup base doesn’t compete as well with cheap instant ramen for raw flavor but the noodles are much closer to something you’d eat in an actual ramen bar while certainly being more filling.I’ll want to keep some on-hand for the occasional home-cooked full bowl of ramen experience, I only took 1 star because of the price.
