Low Carb Delight!
I was not sure what I ordered other than the noodles were made with Konjac flour and were Diabetic friendly. I received 6 tubs of amazing flavored noodles. The tubs are the size of Ben & Jerry’s ice creams. I have tried the Red Curry (a warm, comforting aroma, with a small punch of spice at the back of your throat), and the Miso, (a very soft, easy on the salt but yet tasty broth). I cannot wait to go to the next taste. These are perfect for a warm and satisfying lunch, or dinner and well worth the value. As I explore low glycemic foods, I find surprises like these noodles to be the good coins in the hunt. Thank you.

EXPENSIVE AND BLAND BUT FIXED MY RAMEN CRAVINGS FOR KETO DIET
I am on Keto and had the biggest cravings for Ramen noodles (a college staple). And I found these. I like that these have different flavors. But the price is on the bit expensive side. So because they are expensive at about $4 a cup, I expected them to taste amazing. So the taste isn’t bad. But the soup seasonings that come with the cups are on the bland side. I had to add a ton of my own seasonings like sesame oil, carrots, green onions, corn, peas, egg, mushroom seasonings, soy sauce, a dash of fish sauce. So for the price being so expensive and the taste being in the bland side, I had to take off 2 stars. Would I buy these again? Yes. But I am rationing the cups that I have because they are so expensive. So I am only eating these when I have a big craving for ramen.

Good taste, a little bit expensive
Overall I’m pretty happy with these konjac instant noodle cups. I ordered these looking for cup noodle alternatives that don’t use wheat. I’m surprised how well the konjac noodles work, they taste great and have a good slurp factor to them. The only difference I can really tell is that they don’t really soak up the soup broth and they have a subtle crunchy when chewing them. Its not necessarily a bad thing, just something different you have to get used to. I got the variety pack and while the different flavors all taste pretty good, my favorite of the bunch is definitely the red curry ones. I tried making these both ways using the microwave and pouring in hot water and I think they come out better with boiling water and waiting the minute for it to cook.Only minor gripe is about the price. They’re a bit on the expensive side considering the portion you get. For roughly three dollars a cup you can find larger and tastier options at your local asian grocery store.

Pretty good but could use some improvement
This is a variety six pack of konjac instant noodle soup in four flavors, from Volo Vero. It arrived fresh and factory sealed. I like konjac noodles and have eaten them lots of different ways. You need to chew them, and you can’t eat, like, a pound of them per day, but they’re nothing particularly weird regardless of apparently some articles that say they are. Like most konjac noodles, you need to drain the noodle packet (the noodles are packed in water) before eating. I actually give them a really quick rinse in a colander as well, but that’s not necessary. Another thing I do, since I’ve got lots of konjac noodle experience, is I use kitchen scissors to cut the noodles shorter, which makes them a lot easier to chew and swallow because otherwise they are extremely long.
