Best I’ve had
Too spicy for my kids but for “healthier “ ramen options, the best I’ve had!

Not worth it
I ate them, but I wouldnt buy them again. The noodles were very hard to choke town. The broth was good.

Dishonest labeling
As others have said, it has very little flavor. I was prepared to add my own flavoring for the benefit of an easy, high protein vegan meal. What I am upset about is the nutrition information. It says serving size 1 cup, but it also says 2 servings per container. Who buys this to split a cup with someone?! And does that mean that the nutritional information needs to be doubled if you eat the whole thing? Double the calories? Double the fat? No thank you.

Not Yummy
These just didn’t taste very good. We ended up ditching the seasoning and throwing them in some soup. Which made them way too expensive for us to ever buy again despite their being a good source of protein.

Tastes good but it is too pricey for 6.
Taste is good. Not sure it’s worth the price for 6 of them

Lower Carb, Not Low Carb
I love ramen noodles but can’t have it with my low carb diet. So, I was really excited to see these. Then I got them and looked a little more closely. They may be lower carb, but they are not low carb at 21 grams with 5 grams of fiber for a total net carb of 16 grams. Maybe if your diet allows that this would be great but most keto and early Atkins don’t give you that many in one meal. Maybe if they hadn’t added sugar to the spice packet it wouldn’t have been so high, I wish they gave nutrition facts for the noodles separately so I could determine if I just needed to use a different seasoning. The sugar is only in the spice packet so hypothetically the two grams of sugar could be subtracted from the total if it wasn’t used but it’s unclear from the box if that is the case. Though I must note that the spice packet also contains something called “edible essence” and I have never heard of that. It’s possible that it is the beef flavor, nothing else on the ingredients list is related to beef. I would think that IF this is the case eliminating the spice packet would make them vegan friendly, but I’m not vegan so I couldn’t tell you with any kind of authority. So, on a day when I had banked some extra carbs I tried it. It is definitely spicy, even though the individual cups don’t notate that anywhere on the package. The noodles have a different texture and taste from the normal ones, but seeing as they are plant based and air fried, that wasn’t a surprise. It’s not a bad flavor but not what I was expecting. I did like how it tasted but I didn’t love it enough to spend that many carbs regularly. It’s also worth noting that these are plant based but not gluten-free, the first ingredient is wheat gluten followed by pea protein and then wheat flour. There are no microwave directions like a normal cup of noodles, so I microwaved the water to boiling and then added it to the cup. That wouldn’t be very convenient if I hadn’t been at home with a measuring cup. I really wish they had marked the packets, so I didn’t have to guess which was the vegetables or spice packet. I squeezed them and figured it out but that was slightly annoying since you should add the vegetables with the hot water and the spices after it’s steeped. The cup is a normal cardboard cup with the plastic/paper lid at just over 4” tall and just under 4” across at its widest part. The coolest part was probably the little travel spork. All in all, this was not the new favorite thing I was hoping it’d be. If your diet allows it and you like very spicy vegetable-based noodles, this is your thing. It just wasn’t mine.
