Remarkably good
The ramen noodles are amazing! Excellent texture, nice taste, no off flavors at all.And a great protein supplement. The included veggie and flavor packets were unexcitingly bland. I recommend discarding them and either adding the noodles to a soup or using broth or a bouillon cube instead of the packets. But the noodles themselves are so good that they are totally worth getting!

don’t be scared
Honestly I love them, this was an immediate Subscribe & Save for me. I was prepared for the noodles to be weird but they are a perfect texture, and the flavor is good, particularly the beef. As a person who missed cup of noodles and other trashy instant foods, this was like an upgrade.

Noodles with protein – – what’s not to like?
I use these as the base for a meal about once a week. They’re so easy to work with I fixed the noodles and then I add whatever I have on hand. First, some kind of protein. I generally use ground chicken or beef. Then I add whatever vegetables I can to the pan I like to buy stirfry type vegetables. Sometimes I buy bok choy. I often buy bags of stirfry vegetables. And I have found that arugula or sprouts 🌱 is a delightful addition. I also try to keep mushrooms on hand then to the liquid I generally add soy sauce and a bunch of different spices depending on my mood. The meals are always hot and satisfying. I highly recommend this product for anyone who likes to experiment with Asian cooking.

Good protein but…
3.5 stars. Good protein but I don’t care for the flavor packet. Kind of smelly.

Not bad
I realize many reviewers don’t like the texture of the noodles – I actually do. They’re firm instead of mushy. I was excited to have a quick, easy, nonperishable food option that’s still high protein! The flavor is not bad but it is kind of bland. I have started making it using chicken broth instead of water and it adds to the flavor nicely. The flavor packet has a really off putting smell but thankfully the taste doesn’t reflect that. I’d buy again.

Gross. This companies konjac noodle cups are better.
Pea protein. Taste was somewhat bitter acidic paste. Texture was off. Wow. Just skip. Forced 3 noodles in and couldn’t take it. Went hungry the rest of the work shift instead. It calls itself ramen because they packaged it to look like it. Nothing else really makes sense, no flavor resemblance. The sorry excuse soup cup konjac noodles are at least edible. Both this and those had weird texture sorta like uncooked dried dough noodles. This, was not edible. Don’t waste money with a multi variety pack, the noodles themselves are gross and kill all of the flavor packets.

I love the texture of the noodles
Interesting noodles. I would say I have a love hate relationship with these. I don’t care for the smell of the broth for some reason which makes me not want to eat them. The broth itself tastes pretty good though. I absolutely LOVE the texture of the noodles. They are extremely firm and are not the texture of your typical ramen noodle. Fine for me! They never get soggy either. Is it worth it for these? Eh I don’t know. They’re small for what you get. The amount of protein is good for ramen noodles. Maybe this would be a good meal base if you’re watching your macros. They won’t be on my normal shopping list but they were fun to try.

Hethstia Soup: Like Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell said, “Ain’t nothing like the real thing”
At a glance, the Hethstia High-Protein Ramen Soup ramen appears to be aimed at folks who are seeking a fitness snack rather than folks who are looking for an easy to prepare tasty meal. It’s non-GMO, vegan, low in fat, and made with non-fried noodles. There are NO animal ingredients in this tonkotsu (pork) flavored instant noodle soup. The Hethstia high-protein ramen soup is NOT your dorm room variety of ramen … it is appropriate as a selection at your favorite ramen bar/ramen shop. The ease of preparation is very easy – just heat in water for 5 to 6 minutes. Because the folks at Hethstia air dried the noodles, these noodles have a firmer texture than fried noodles. The bottom line is that the Hethstia high-protein ramen soup is probably a healthier choice than a ramen soup made using real pork bones with perhaps a few bits of real pork tossed in, but I am going to stick with the real pork variety.

Not worthe the money
Does healthy have to taste bad? I have been eating instant noodles since the 60s, tons of different brands from many diferent countries. Love to have a bowl for breakfast. Lately I’ve been trying to make better choices for my health and so tried these high protein noodles. The noodles never attained a palatable texture no matter how long I cooked them and actually turned a bit slimy if I tried to get them to soften up. The soup base was weak and the dehydrated veggies did not add any value. I tried twice but ended up tossing both bowls into the disposal. My recommendation…save your money.
